Archadio is an experimental project, not a company yet. This page explains, in plain words, what happens to your details on this site and in the Archadio beta. Questions or requests: the contact address on this site.

When you request an invite

The form keeps what you type — your e-mail, name, company or team, and the optional role, size and use case — together with where you came from (the campaign tags in the link, if any, the site that linked here, and the page you sent the form from). Your IP address is used for a short time to stop abuse of the form and is not stored.

We use these details only to answer your request: to decide on and send your invitation, and to reply to you. Two e-mails go out: a confirmation to you, and a notification to the person who reviews requests. They are sent through our e-mail provider.

Requests that are declined are deleted after 90 days. If you are invited, your request is kept with your workspace. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.

Analytics on this site

This site counts visits without cookies and without identifying you: no cookie banner, no tracking across sites, no session recordings. We see things like "a visit came from a campaign" or "the form was sent", not who you are. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, nothing is counted at all.

Who processes data for us

Our hosting provider, our e-mail provider, our identity provider for sign-in, and PostHog for analytics. The notification about a new request is delivered to the mailbox of the person who reviews requests.

Your rights

You can ask what we keep about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: write to the contact address on this site. We'll answer as soon as we can.
